4.2.23
It is full blown Spring here in Colorado after a very wet and heavy winter.
It's time for me to work on my April calendar tab for my creative planner.
I use my creative planner to organize my crafting ideas, goals and my list of what I call DO WANTS! which is my wish list of supplies I wish had the money for.
My Creative planner is Franklin Covey classic size ring bound notebook. The pages that fit into it are half letter size (8.5 x 5.5).
To keep myself organized I divide the planner into months but for now I have some generic looking pages I printed off and I need to swap them out with pretty month pages I can reuse year after year.
For my April page I chose a cute bunny die cut from Spellbinders and kept it simple on some very pretty yellow sunflower paper. The die is designed so the bunny can move and actually swing on cards but I chose to glue it down as I need it to be stable for years to come.
I love how it looks like the bunny is swinging from the clouds enjoying the air gently whooshing past it's ears.
Very simple to put together. I cut the paper from a 12"x12" down to half letter size (8.5" x 5.5"). I die cut the bunny from white and pink paper. The clouds from white paper and the swing and letters from black paper. To make the eyes of the bunny black I just put a small square of black paper behind the head. I then glued everything in place where I wanted it.
